Raspberry Pi & Processing

Recommended Posts

Working on the F1p Arduino Pi Kernel at the moment,

I see that Processing only works with Soft-float Debian “wheezy” OS for the Pi:

This is because Java (Oracle JVM) works best on this one?

I'm also worried about the 100mA maximum current supply for the USB slots, probably because the Pi would start of overheat.

Two options i'm looking at is either providing power to the Arduino board separately or using a powered USB hub.

For a layout, i think a power supply to the Arduino board would be easiest. (Must remember to do that on my one and make a 5V power supply bus bar)
