'Signal locker'

A couple of months ago I wanted to design a basic circuit that would effectivly 'interlock' signalling and points on a model railway.

I'm sure there are plenty of other more saphisticated ways of achieving this, but some members on here might be Intrested in this :)

This circuit 'should' return the signal to danger if the point is set against the signal.

Parts:

  • 2 aspect signal
  • PL-13 x2
  • On-On switch
  • Power supply (12v)

Diagram:

The outputs on the PL-13 can be swapped around, depending on the relation between the point and the signal.
